Russia Sends More Than 120 Tons Of Aid To Ukraine The Russian government sent aid of more than 120 tons to the Kharkov region, Ukraine. This was conveyed directly by the Russian Ministry of Defense. The aid was brought from Tula, Russia to Kharkov which is the second largest city in Ukraine. The aid was sent with the escort of Russian troops. The aid is in the form of food, drinking water, medicines, clothes, and bedding. Assistance is prioritized for the needs of women, children, and the elderly. This Russian-established humanitarian aid post operates 24 hours for residents in the Donbass and other Russian-controlled areas. APTN.
